1. Who runs this site
This website is operated by Hello Support, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. Shane Knows Marketing is a brand of Hello Support. Hello Support is the legal service provider. It issues proposals, enters into client agreements and processes payments.
2. Using the site
You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to misuse it, including by trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or submitting false or harmful content.
3. No offer or guarantee
The information here is general and is not an offer. Services, pricing and terms apply only through a written proposal and agreement that you accept. We do not promise specific marketing results.
4. Private links and accounts
A proposal link is private and meant for the business it was prepared for. Please do not forward it. Team accounts are for authorized individuals only.
5. Payments
Payments are made on pages hosted by Stripe, and Stripe's own terms apply to its services. We do not collect card numbers on this site.
6. Intellectual property
The site's content, branding and design belong to Hello Support or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except to view the site for its intended purpose.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties about the site and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. If you have a signed client agreement, that agreement governs our services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.
